Provincial League

The Provincial League, sometimes known as the Quebec Provincial League, was one of the few Canadian affiliated leagues, and even then it was affiliated with MLB for only two brief stints during its existence.

Based in Quebec, the league was founded in 1898 with three teams but operated only a few seasons. The name was then resurrected in 1935 and operated off and on through its final season of play in 1970.
